Shipping Policy
We ship Australia-wide and take great care packing your Filipino favourites so they arrive in perfect condition.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders aren't dispatched on weekends or public holidays. Pre-order items take longer, and we'll email you an estimated delivery date.

Shipping rates (based on total order weight):
Up to 0.5kg: $10.50
0.5kg to 2kg: $13.50
2kg to 5kg: $15.95 over 5kg $19.95
Free standard shipping on orders over $150
You'll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay. 

Delivery times: Standard delivery usually takes 2–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Tracking: Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number.

Where we ship: We currently ship within Australia only.
