All orders for frozen items will only be sent by EXPRESS POST through Australia Post to avoid spoilage due to long delivery time. Flat rate of $20.00 shall apply.
Ordering both Frozen and Dry Goods? Frozen goods are delivered separately through express shipping, with dry goods delivered through standard shipping. One flat rate of $20.00 only shall apply, keeping the shipping charges low for you. Note – next day delivery not guaranteed: Due to the current pandemic situation, Australia Post has advised that their next-day delivery guarantee is currently suspended. Express Post is still available, and will continue to be prioritized as the fastest option for customers, but may not always meet the next business day delivery standard.
Shipping will be despatched Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays only to avoid frozen goods parcels sitting in courier warehouses over the weekends.
